Gayle Lehman
Gayle’s first experience with the Pilates Method of Movement was eleven years ago, at one of the first Pilates studio’s in the Greater Cincinnati area. She really enjoyed her first experience but being a busy, young mother, she didn’t begin practicing Pilates on a more regular basis until the spring of 2004 taking two to three Pilates classes per week while working on all the different Pilates equipment. During the summer of 2005 she decided to further her study of Pilates by enrolling in the teacher training program at Pendleton Pilates. Gayle received her mat and reformer training from Pendleton Pilates in December 2005.
Angela Melzer
Pilates has helped me realize a body awareness that I did not know existed within myself. I want to share this positive experience with others. Teaching and sharing this mindful and intentional practice and helping others understand their bodies and find out what they are capable of achieving is truly my enthusiasm. It is exciting to share with others a wonderful means of strengthening muscles while increasing flexibility, and best of all a completely enjoyable full body workout. Angela completed her teacher training from Pendleton Pilates Teacher Training program summer of 2006.

Lori Gohs
Lori was officially introduced to Pilates in April 2008, while participating in a women’s study group. She immediately fell in love with Pilates – exploring how her mind, body and spirit could work as one. After building some strength and endurance she was amazed by how she felt physically and how she carried herself. She decided to take Pilates further and completed teacher training in April 2009. She’s been thrilled and truly enjoys working with clients through group classes and individual appointments. She finds it very rewarding to help others discover their own mind, body, and spirit connection.

As a professional, she spends most of her time sitting in front of a computer and Pilates has given Gabe a way to deal with stress. Gabe continues to educate herself about the body and the Pilates method by taking continuing education seminars, including one with Julian Littleford, owner of J.L. Body Conditioning located in Del Mar, California.
